What is the Red Shoe Crew?
The Red Shoe Crew (RSC) is a group of philanthropic young professionals with a collective goal to raise funds, develop resources, broaden the volunteer base, and enhance awareness for Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern Nevada (RMHCNN). Membership means lending your time, talents, and influence to help RMHCNN.
We’d love to share more about what we do with you! Becoming a member is easy and all of our events are open to everyone, members and non-members.
Becoming a Member
As a member of Red Shoe Crew (RSC), you have the opportunity to make an incredibly positive impact in the lives of families depending upon the Ronald McDonald House®, surrounded by Northern Nevada’s most passionate young professionals. The RSC kindly asks for your participation in volunteering and fundraising to help support the families of RMHC. An in-kind or cash donation of $10 per month, which pays for the suggested donation of a family’s one-night stay at RMHC®, is always welcomed. Within the first minute of your membership, you are supporting families!

Opportunities for Members
By joining, you’ll help create meaningful impact through:
- Hosting/Attending Community Events: We bring people together through quarterly mixers and two major fundraising events each year to raise awareness and support for RMHCNN.
- Volunteering with Purpose: From organizing special projects to hands-on service, we create and support unique volunteer opportunities that directly benefit RMHCNN families.
- Building Stronger Connections: As stewards of RMHCNN’s mission, we engage and nurture relationships with volunteers and donors, ensuring their contributions make a lasting impact.
- Leveraging Community Partnerships: We connect with local businesses and organizations to develop partnerships that strengthen and sustain RMHCNN’s mission.
